Roosevelt High School Community Council (“RCC”).  Purpose:  To provide  community/resident support for our local public high school and assist Principal Terry Houston and his staff in the school’s ongoing improvement.

Anyone  interested in supporting our local high school is welcome to attend the meetings of the Roosevelt Community Council.  The RCC includes several of our local aldermen as well as residents from Tower Grove East and Benton Park West.

Meetings are on the second Tuesday of each month at 4:30 pm in the Roosevelt HS Library.  The Library is on the second floor of the building, directly above the main entrance of the building.  The address for the school is 3230 Hartford.

Parking is located off Compton to the east of the building. (During the summer months, please contact us to make sure of the meeting location.) The RCC can also put you in touch with folks at the school who are seeking volunteer tutors and mentors to work with students (such as tutors for Algebra and mentors for the Conscious Choice program for women students).

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Patrick Moore at pmcci@att.net or Norah Ryan norah.ryan@att.net or 314-241-9994 (daytime).
