Grand Avenue Great Streets Project Update

The first phase of the Great Streets Project on South Grand is almost complete! The new bump-out curbs, widened sidewalks, and permeable concrete are scheduled for completion this month (September). Looking for something good to eat? It doesn’t get much better than the Festival of Nations. It features over 40 booths of ethnic food. So, it can be a little difficult to choose which country you’ll get lunch or dinner from. Changes to Trash & Recycling Pickup Schedule for Labor Day Holiday

The City of St. Louis Refuse Division would like to remind residents that the trash and recycling collection schedule will be adjusted to accommodate the Labor Day holiday on Monday, September 5, 2011. Residents who normally have their roll carts collected on Mondays and Thursdays will have their trash or recycling collected on Tuesday, September 6th and Thursday, September 8th.
