Hundreds of cyclists will gather at 3500 Hartford on July 28. This year’s fourth annual World Naked Bike Ride starts at 8PM.

This grassroots event is a protest against oil consumption and dependency, advocating alternative transportation, cycling, and positive body image. Beyond that, it’s a wonderfully unique event in the STL area, and is always a blast for participants and onlookers. Look out for local bands, body painting, and performance art just prior to the ride.

The ride itself takes participants throughout STL City and is “bare-as-you-dare.” There will be prizes for Best Costume and Best Body Painting!
