Volunteer at Busch Stadium, raise money and get to meet your TGE neighbors
Tower Grove East Neighborhood Association is looking for volunteers to help work concession stands at Busch Stadium to raise money for the association.
In the past, volunteers worked at Fair St. Louis, but there won’t be a fair with stands this year.
TGENA Ways and Means Chair Bill Gilbert says we need about eight volunteers each of five days to help work concession stands during ballgames. These are the dates and times at Busch Stadium:
Friday, July 14 arrival 3:45 p.m.; game time 7:15 p.m.
Friday, July 28 arrival 3:45 p.m.; game time 7:15 p.m.
Friday, Aug. 4 arrival 3:45 p.m.; game time 7:15 p.m.
Sunday, Aug. 6 arrival 9:45 a.m.; game time 1:15 p.m.
Thursday, Sept. 21 arrival 9:15 a.m.; game time 12:15 p.m.

Volunteers must be at least 21. Delaware North performs a background check for each volunteer. Each volunteer will get online training materials, including Google Slides and alcohol training. Volunteers must complete a brief assessment online and sign waivers.
Volunteers must arrive 1½ hours before the gates open, and the commitment typically runs six to seven hours. Volunteers will get one meal item from their concession stand, as well as unlimited fountain drinks during their shift.
“This is a great opportunity to work with some of your neighbors and raise money for Tower Grove East Neighborhood Association,” Gilbert said.
