Beautification
Every second Saturday of the month we tackle both trash pickup and street tree care on designated streets. Come make friends and learn to care for neighborhood street trees! Open to the public!
We meet at the public parking lot behind the South Grand Commerce Bank, 3500 Hartford. Coffee, donuts, and water will be provided, along with pickers for trash pick up, trash bags and gloves. Tree care volunteers are equipped with tools, safety gear, and hands-on training. We water and mulch from April through September and prune from October through March.
Our blitzes operate with the support of the City of St. Louis Forestry Division and St. Louis Neighborhood Foresters. Come have fun and make in impact by volunteering with us!
NOTE: We meet at a parking lot with no public restrooms. The closest we are aware of would be Rooster at 3150 S Grand Blvd. If you head west to Grand, it will be just south at the intersection of Grand & Juniata.
