Founded in 1965, Tower Grove East Neighborhood Association (TGENA) is registered as a 501(c)(3) (non-profit) organization as TGE Neighborhood Charities, Inc. Tower Grove East Neighborhood Association’s strength is due in part to broad resident involvement, which informs community engagement projects and bolsters neighborhood development and beautification efforts.
