Tower Grove East Block Captains

Tower Grove East is fortunate to have an active group of Block Captains: volunteers who work to strengthen relationships between neighbors, our neighborhood, and our city. Block Captains maintain regular communication with their blocks and coordinate block events such as meetings, parties, and cleanups. They help connect neighbors to each other and to neighborhood and city resources.
